Sour Cream Waffles

Separate 3 eggs
Beat the yolks
Add 3/4 cups milk
1/2 cup melted butter
3/4 cup sour cream

Combine:
1 1/2 cups flour
2 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
2 T sugar

Mix with egg mixture. Beat well.

Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into mixture carefully. Bake in hot waffle iron.

(I usually double this for our family)
