Farmer's Casserole

3 cups frozen hashbrowns
3 oz. shredded cheese
1 cup diced canadian bacon
1/4 cup sliced green onions
4 beaten eggs
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp salt

Grease 2 qt baking dish. Arrange potatoes and sprinkle with cheese, bacon and onion. Mix up the remaining ingredients and pour over top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
